DELICIOUS POTATOES

Ingredients

  1. Two to four medium sweet potatoes (about two pounds)
  2. Two teaspoons of olive oil
  3. One teaspoon of salt
  4. Half a teaspoon of black pepper
  5. One teaspoon of optional garlic powder
  6. One teaspoon of optional paprika
  7. One teaspoon of optional ground cinnamon (for a sweet twist)

Directions

Warm up the oven:

  • Set the oven temperature to 425°F (220°C).

Get the sweet potatoes ready:
