Ingredients:
– 250g Dates
– 200g Almonds
– 4 Eggs
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and line a cake pan.
2. Remove date pits and soak in hot water for 15 mins; drain.
3. Blend dates and almonds until a smooth paste forms.
4. Add eggs and blend until well combined.
5. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
6. Bake for 25-30 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean.
7. Let it cool before slicing.
