Easy Air Fryer Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe

Air Fryer Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe is the perfect match for your cracker. Creamy, mouthful, textured & so so so YUMMY! This DIP RECIPE is sure a keeper. Brimming with SPINACH & ARTICHOKES, it is always a crowd pleaser. It is super easy to make.

Since my family loves it, we have been buying tub after tub of this Creamy Spinach Artichoke Dip from Costco. Yup, we are that crazy family. Until I discovered that we can make it at home.

And the best part is that it is so easy to make it at home with few ingredients that are mostly in your kitchen pantry. The only 1 ingredient that you need to plan to have ahead of time is a can of Artichoke. Then rest is a game.

    • 1 packet/8-ounce Cream Cheese Use at room temperature
    • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
    • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
    • 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded you can use more to sprinkle on top as well
    • 1/2 cup Spinach frozen and thawed. see the recipe for more instructions
    • 1 can/14-ounce Artichoke Hearts
    • To Taste Salt


      Prep the Ingredients

      The first and foremost part to remember is that all the refrigerated ingredients have to be at room temperature. So take them out about an hour before making the dip and set on the kitchen counter.
      Thaw the frozen spinach in the microwave or at room temperature. Squeeze out all the liquid from it and set it aside.
      Remove the artichokes from the can and drain the liquid out in Kitchen Colander. Roughly chop the Artichokes Hearts into chunky pieces and set them aside.

      Get ready for Air Frying

      Take a 6-7 inch Baking Safe Bowl. Add all the ingredients – cream cheese, Mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, sour cream, Artichokes Hearts, spinach, & salt to it.
      Now take a Stirring Spoon and mix all the ingredients well.

      Air fry the Spinach Artichoke Dip

      Now I have a small 2.75-quart Philips Air fryer. Therefore I made this dip in the Air fryer but removed the basket from it. Then placed the baking dish directly in the main air fryer bucket. But if you have a large air fryer, then you probably do not have to remove the basket. Place the baking dish on the basket.
      Air fry at 350*F for 10-12 minutes till the cheese melts and it gets slightly browned at the top.
      IMPORTANT – Time may vary in different models and sizes. Keep an eye.
