Easy and delicious cheesecake recipe
Ingredients:
Crust:
- – 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- – ¼ cup granulated sugar
- – ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Filling: - – 24 oz (3 packages) cream cheese, softened
- – 1 cup granulated sugar
- – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- – 3 large eggs
Directions:
- In order to prepare the crust, first preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a medium bowl, thoroughly combine the melted butter, sugar, and graham cracker crumbs.
- – Sturdily press the mixture into a 9-inch springform pan’s bottom.
- – After 10 minutes of baking, let it cool.
2. **Get the Filling Ready:**
- – Beat the softened cream cheese until it’s creamy and smooth in a large mixing bowl.
- – After adding the sugar and vanilla essence, stir thoroughly.
- – Beat on low speed just until mixed, then add eggs one at a time. Don’t mix too much.
3. **Compile and Bake:** –
- Cover the prepared crust in the springform pan with the cream cheese filling.
– To guarantee even baking, use a spatula to smooth the surface. - The cheesecake should be baked for 45 to 55 minutes, or until the center is firm but still somewhat jiggly, after the oven has been preheated.
- – Let the cheesecake cool in the oven for approximately an hour after turning off the oven and slightly opening the door.
- The cheesecake should be taken out of the oven and left to cool fully at room temperature before serving.
Before serving, let it sit in the refrigerator for at least four hours or overnight.
