EASY COOKIES WITH PEANUT BUTTER IN THE AIR FRYER
With just a few ingredients and a few minutes in the Air Fryer, you can make these delectable peanut butter cookies. When cravings strike, you’ll love how simple it is to whip up a small batch of cookies.
Making and eating peanut butter cookies is one of my favourite things. My brother and I used to quarrel over who got the last one when my mother cooked these for special occasions when we were kids.
Since I couldn’t make them wrong, my mom would let me assist her in making them. These days, my daughter and I adore creating these, wrapping them, and presenting them as presents on important occasions.
Ingredients
- One cup of creamy peanut butter
- One cup of white sugar granules
- One egg
Directions
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, egg, and sugar.
- Line the bottom of the Air Fryer basket with a piece of parchment paper.
- Scoop the cookie batter onto the parchment paper using a 1-inch cookie scoop. Make mash marks with a fork.
- Put the basket in the Air Fryer and cook it at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 4–5 minutes, or until it is just beginning to become golden.
- After letting the cookies cool for a few minutes in the Air Fryer basket, take them out and set them on a cooling rack.
