1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes (drained)

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)

¼ tsp black pepper

2 cups uncooked pasta (penne, rotini, or elbow macaroni)

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup heavy cream (or milk)

 Instructions

Brown the Beef:
