Homemade ice cream
500 Ml of whole milk (cow milk)
1 Box of sour cream
1/2 can of condensed milk
10 Tbsp sugar
1 And 1/2 tablespoon powder for ice cream with flavor of your choice
1 Tablespoon full of neutral alloy
1 Teaspoon emulsifier
Preparation: 25min
Beat in the blender the milk, sour cream, condensed milk, sugar, powder for ice cream, and the neutral alloy, for 5 minutes in high rotation, this mixture we will call the base.
Place the base to freeze.
After freezing the base, with the aid of a tablet and a large knife, cut everything into small cubes.
Place the base already all cut into cubes, in the mixer and add the emulsifier.
Start beating at low speed, so as not to force the mixer too much, for about 6 minutes.
After that beat the mixture in the mixer at maximum speed and for 14 minutes, or until you verify that the mixture is free of ice crystals.
Being smooth and homogeneous, it is ready.
Put to freeze, and it is ready to serve.
