Easy Ice Cream Recipe: 4 Ingredients and Very Creamy, Yields Well

Homemade ice cream
500 Ml of whole milk (cow milk)
1 Box of sour cream
1/2 can of condensed milk
10 Tbsp sugar
1 And 1/2 tablespoon powder for ice cream with flavor of your choice
1 Tablespoon full of neutral alloy
1 Teaspoon emulsifier

Preparation: 25min

  • Beat in the blender the milk, sour cream, condensed milk, sugar, powder for ice cream, and the neutral alloy, for 5 minutes in high rotation, this mixture we will call the base.
  • Place the base to freeze.
  • After freezing the base, with the aid of a tablet and a large knife, cut everything into small cubes.
  • Place the base already all cut into cubes, in the mixer and add the emulsifier.
  • Start beating at low speed, so as not to force the mixer too much, for about 6 minutes.
  • After that beat the mixture in the mixer at maximum speed and for 14 minutes, or until you verify that the mixture is free of ice crystals.
  • Being smooth and homogeneous, it is ready.
  • Put to freeze, and it is ready to serve.
