Easy Protein Veggie Bowl
A colorful, balanced, and nutrient-packed protein veggie bowl loaded with lean protein and fresh vegetables. Perfect for a healthy lunch, dinner, or meal prep 

1 cup cooked chicken, turkey, tofu, or chickpeas
1 tsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup bell peppers, sliced
1 cup zucchini, sliced
½ cup carrots, sliced
½ cup cherry tomatoes 
1 cup brown rice, quinoa, or cauliflower rice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice 
1 tsp honey (optional)
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1. Cook Protein
Heat olive oil in a pan
Add your protein (chicken, tofu, etc.)
Season with salt and pepper
Cook until heated through or golden
2. Cook Vegetables
Steam or sauté broccoli, peppers, zucchini, and carrots
Cook for 5–7 minutes until tender but still crisp
3. Prepare Dressing
Mix olive oil, lemon juice, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
4. Assemble Bowl
Add base (rice/quinoa) to bowl
Add cooked protein
Top with vegetables
Drizzle dressing over everything
5. Serve
Toss lightly or eat layered 
Serves 2–3 people
