Easy to Make Brownie Mix Cookies

These simple cookies, which just require a box of brownie mix, are soft, chewy, and bursting with chocolate flavor.

Ingredients

– 1 box (18.3 oz / 518 g) fudge brownie mix

– 1/2 cup (120 ml) vegetable oil

– 2 large eggs

– 1 cup (175 g) chocolate chips

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Stir until a thick dough forms.

3. Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

5. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still slightly soft.

6. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for five minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
