- 16 large white mushrooms, stems removed
- 8 oz crab meat, drained and flaked
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp green onions, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS EAT THIS CRAB STUFFED MUSHROOMS:
- Set the oven temperature to 375°F, or 190°C. Put parchment paper on a baking pan.
- After cleaning, place the mushroom caps on the baking sheet, hollow side up. Pour some olive oil over it and put it aside.
- Combine the crab meat, breadcrumbs, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, green onions, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl and stir until well blended.
- Gently push the crab mixture into each mushroom cap to ensure uniform filling.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the mushrooms are soft.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional parsley.
