  • 16 large white mushrooms, stems removed
  • 8 oz crab meat, drained and flaked
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS EAT THIS CRAB STUFFED MUSHROOMS:

  • Set the oven temperature to 375°F, or 190°C. Put parchment paper on a baking pan.
  • After cleaning, place the mushroom caps on the baking sheet, hollow side up. Pour some olive oil over it and put it aside.
  • Combine the crab meat, breadcrumbs, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, green onions, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl and stir until well blended.
  • Gently push the crab mixture into each mushroom cap to ensure uniform filling.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the mushrooms are soft.
  • Serve warm, garnished with additional parsley.
  • Advice: Broil for the last two minutes of baking for a crispier top.
