Egg Bits from Air Fryer

Egg bits from an air fryer are the ideal breakfast. They are delicious, quick to prepare, and incredibly filling. There is a lot of gammon and cheddar cheese in these egg nibbles.

The greatest breakfast option is definitely air fryer egg bits. You can prepare them ahead of time and simply reheat them as you’re leaving in the morning. Simply pick one up and put it in your mouth; you don’t need a knife or fork. These egg bits are sure to please even the children. Try these traditional eggs in a hole or “hard-boiled” eggs prepared in the air fryer for another easy breakfast.

It starts with a base of egg and cream, to which gammon and cheddar are added. However, you can customize these bites to your liking by adding anything you like. Broccoli, onions, mushrooms, bacon, chicken, sausage or anything else you like can be added!

Ingredients

  1. Two tablespoons of chopped green onions
  2. Two tablespoons of chopped Canadian bacon or gammon
  3. Two teaspoons of cheddar cheese
  4. Two eggs
  5. One tablespoon of cream
  6. 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  7. To taste, add salt and pepper.

Directions

  • Apply cooking spray to the egg bite mould.
  • Add cheese, ham, and green onions to each mould well half full.
  • Put the eggs, cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl. Mix with a whisk. Fill each well approximately halfway with the egg mixture, until it reaches the top of the remaining ingredients.
  • Place the egg mold within the basket of the air fryer. Cook for 7 minutes at 340° F (170° C).
  • Make sure there isn’t any uncooked egg left in the bottom of the mold by using a toothpick to test for doneness. Cook for a further minute if there is. After that, leave the egg mold in the air fryer for five minutes without touching it.
