Instructions:
1. Place the eggs in a pot and cover them with water.
2. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
3. Once boiling, cover the pot, remove it from heat, and let it sit for about 10-12 minutes.
4. After that, transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water to cool for a few minutes.
5. Once the eggs are cool, peel them and chop them into small pieces.
