- Initiate the Yeast Process:
- Milk that has been heated, sugar, and quick yeast should be mixed together in a bowl. Gently stir it, then let it sit for around five to seven minutes, or until it reaches a foamy consistency.
- Bring the dough to a boil:
- Add the bread flour and salt to the mixture that contains the yeast. Proceed to mix until it resembles a shaggy dough.
- To the dough, add butter that has been softened, and knead it thoroughly until it is smooth and elastic. Knead the dough by hand for approximately eight to ten minutes, or you may use a stand mixer.
- Initial Ascent:
- The dough should be placed in a basin that has been greased, covered with a damp towel or plastic wrap, and let to rise in a warm area for around one to one and a half hours, or until it has doubled in size.
- Determination and the Second Rise:
- As soon as the dough has reached the desired height, give it a light punch to release the air bubbles. Form it into a loaf or any other form you wish for the bread.
- Put the dough that has been shaped onto a baking sheet that has been covered with parchment paper. Cover it once more and allow it to rise for an additional thirty to forty minutes.
- Start by preheating and then baking:
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Immediately after the dough has risen once again, brush the surface with a small amount of milk and, if desired, sprinkle it with sesame seeds.
- The bread should be baked in an oven that has been warmed for twenty-five to thirty minutes, or until it reaches a golden brown color and makes a hollow sound when tapped on the bottom.
At the very end:
- The bread should be removed from the oven once it has been baked and allowed to cool on a wire rack.
