Ingredients:

For the Bread:

  • 280ml warm water (9.46 fl oz)
  • 10g sugar (0.35 oz)
  • 5g yeast (0.18 oz)
  • 370g flour (13 oz)
  • 10g salt (0.35 oz)
  • 40ml oil (1.35 fl oz)

For the Herb and Garlic Topping:

  • 15g parsley (½ oz)
  • 15g dill (½ oz)
  • 60g garlic (2 oz)
  • 50ml oil (⅕ cup)
  • 40g Parmesan cheese (1.4 oz)
  • 75g melted butter (2.65 oz)

For the Filling:

  • 30g Parmesan cheese (1 oz)

For the Garlic Cream:

  • 2 whole garlic bulbs
  • 1 red onion
  • 20ml oil (0.7 fl oz)
  • 8g salt (0.29 oz)
  • 5g black pepper (0.18 oz)
  • 150g cream cheese (5.3 oz)
  • 10g green onion (0.35 oz)
  • 10g parsley (0.35 oz)
  • 30g Parmesan cheese (1 oz)
  • 40g mozzarella cheese (1.4 oz)
  • 10g salt
  • 10g black pepper
Instructions:
  1. Hydrate yeast in warm water with sugar for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix flour, salt, and oil, then add the yeast mixture. Knead and let it rise for 1 hour.
  3. For the herb topping, blend parsley, dill, garlic, oil, and Parmesan. Spread it on the dough.
  4. Roll up the dough and place it in a 26cm (10.24 in) tray.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan and bake at 180°C (356°F) for 25 minutes.

For the Garlic Cream:

  1. Roast garlic and onion in oil, then blend.
  2. Add salt, black pepper, cream cheese, green onion, parsley, Parmesan, mozzarella, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Spread the cream over the bread.
