Ingredients
– 8 oz pasta of your choice (e.g., penne, fusilli)
– 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
– 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add chicken; cook until browned and cooked through (about 5-6 minutes). Remove from skillet; set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic; cook for 1 minute.
Add cherry tomatoes; cook until they start to release their juices (about 2-3 minutes).
Stir in crumbled feta cheese; cook until melted and creamy.
Add cooked pasta to the skillet; toss to combine with feta sauce.
Return chicken to the skillet; toss to combine with pasta and sauce.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
