Ingredients:
1.5 to 2 lbs raw cubed beef (stew meat or chuck roast, cut into chunks)
1 packet onion soup mix (or 2 tbsp homemade mix)
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup beef broth or water (optional, for thinner gravy)
Instructions:
Add Ingredients: Place the raw beef cubes into the slow cooker. Pour the cream of mushroom soup and sprinkle the onion soup mix evenly over the top. Add broth or water if you prefer more sauce.
