Flourless Brownies Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup (240g) almond butter
  2. 1/2 cup (120ml) maple syrup
  3. 1/4 cup (30g) cocoa powder
  4. 1/4 cup (50g) coconut sugar
  5. 2 large eggs
  6. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  7. 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  8. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  9. 1/2 cup (85g) dark chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line an 8×8 inch (20×20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix together the almond butter, maple syrup, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, eggs, baking soda, sea salt, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Fold in the dark chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
