Ingredients:
– Apples: 2 medium-sized
– Butter: 25g (1.5 tbsp)
– Lemon juice: 15g (1 tbsp)

For the cake batter:
– 2 Eggs (room temperature)
– Sugar: 130g (2/3 cup)
– Yogurt: 60g (1/4 cup)
– Milk (room temperature): 60 ml (1/4 cup)
– Sunflower oil: 60 ml (1/4 cup)
– Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
– Flour: 200g (1 and 1/2 cups)
– Baking powder: 8g (1 and 1/2 tsp)
Instructions:
1. Peel and slice apples, toss with lemon juice.
2. Melt butter in a pan, add sugar, cook until caramelized.
3. Arrange apple slices in a greased baking dish, pour caramel over.
4. In a bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, yogurt, milk, oil, and vanilla.
5. Gradually add flour and baking powder, mixing until smooth.
6. Pour batter over apples.
