 Cool & Serve

Tips & Tricks

Use Buttermilk:

It makes muffins extra soft and tender. If unavailable, make your own by adding 1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice to 1 cup of milk.

Don’t Overmix:

Overmixing leads to dense muffins. Stir only until ingredients are combined.

Room Temperature Ingredients:

Ensures a smooth batter and even baking.

High Initial Heat:

If you want extra fluffy muffins, bake at 400°F (205°C) for the first 5 minutes, then reduce to 375°F (190°C).

Customize Flavors:

Add a cinnamon swirl, lemon zest, or coconut flakes for variety!
