Garlic Cheese Fingers
Ingredients:
1 cup almond flour
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons cream cheese
1 large egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon baking powder
Salt to taste
Parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions:
1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Mix the Ingredients:
In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, shredded mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, baking powder, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully combined.
3. Add the Egg:
Crack the egg into the mixture and stir until you have a dough-like consistency. If the mixture is too sticky, you can add a little more almond flour.
4. Shape the Cheese Fingers:
Using your hands, shape the dough into fingers or sticks and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure to leave some space between each finger.
5. Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese fingers are golden brown and cooked through.
6. Garnish and Serve:
Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy your cheesy, garlicky snack!
