Garlic Chicken Fried Rice Made Easy
Components:
- Two cups of cooked rice, ideally the day before
- One diced chicken breast
- Four minced garlic cloves
- Two beaten eggs
- Two tsp soy sauce
- Two tablespoons of vegetable oil
- To taste, add salt and pepper.
Directions:
Prepare the chicken:
- In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Cook until browned and cooked through after adding the diced chicken and seasoning with salt and pepper. Take out and put aside.
Sauté the garlic:
- Add the last tablespoon of oil to the same pan. Sauté the minced garlic for approximately one minute, or until aromatic.
Eggs in a scramble:
- Pour in the beaten eggs after pushing the garlic aside. Cook by scrambling until done.
Include the rice:
- Break up any clumps in the cooked rice before adding it to the pan. Add the chicken and stir.
The season
- Stir-fry everything for a few minutes after adding the soy sauce. Taste and adjust the salt and pepper.
