2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)

1 tbsp olive oil

4 garlic cloves, finely minced or crushed

½ tsp salt (or to taste)

¼ tsp black pepper

½ tsp dried thyme or Italian seasoning (optional)

⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Optional: 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Time: 3 minutes

Prep the Mushrooms

In a large bowl, toss halved mushrooms with:

Melted butter

Olive oil

Minced garlic

Salt, pepper, and thyme (if using)

Tip: Let mushrooms marinate for 5–10 minutes if you have time — they’ll absorb even more flavor.

Air Fry (First Round)

Transfer mushrooms to the air fryer basket or tray in a single layer (don’t overcrowd).

Air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.

After 10 minutes, open basket and toss mushrooms with grated Parmesan.

Air fry 3–5 minutes more at 375°F (190°C) until cheese is melted, golden, and slightly crispy.
