Ingredients:
* 1 1/2 cups warm water
* 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
* 3 tablespoons olive oil
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 3 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
* 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:
1. Stir together warm water and yeast, allowing it to activate for 5 minutes.
2. Combine olive oil, salt, garlic, Parmesan, flour, oregano, and parsley in a bowl.
3. Pour in the yeast mixture and knead the dough for 5-7 minutes.
4. Cut the dough into 8-10 pieces and form them into knots.

6. Bake at 375°F for 12-15 minutes, or until they turn golden brown.
Mediterranean Twist:
