½ tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
½ tsp Italian seasoning
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Arrange cabbage wedges on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil or butter, then season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
