1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 garlic clove, minced

½ tsp smoked paprika (optional for extra smoky flavor)

1 tsp soy sauce (optional, for added depth)

 Instructions:

Prep the Glaze:

In a small bowl, mix BBQ sauce, honey, mustard, garlic, smoked paprika, and soy sauce.

Stir until smooth and well combined.

Prep the Salmon:

Pat salmon dry with paper towels.

Season lightly with salt and pepper on both sides.

 Cooking Methods:

Oven-Baked:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and lightly oil it.

Place salmon fillets skin-side down. Brush with half the glaze.

Bake for 10–12 minutes, then brush on more glaze.

Broil on high for 2–3 minutes until the glaze is sticky and caramelized.

Air Fryer:

Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C).

Lightly oil the basket and place salmon fillets inside.
