Gluten Free White Bread
INGRIDIANTS
- 4/4.5 cups gf flour (I use Caputo)
- 1.5tbsp regular yeast add to 1 cup of warm water and allow to bloom to twice the size before mixing in with the additional water and oil
- 1.5cups water
- 1/8 or less cup of oil
- 1tbsp salt
- 2tbsp sugar
METHOD
Mix well and put into baking pan
Let rise for 1hr in the baking pan (covered)
(Skip the second rise)
I use an egg wash to brown
Remove cover on baking pan
Bake at 350 for 75 minutes
