INGRIDIANTS 

  • 4/4.5 cups gf flour (I use Caputo)
  • 1.5tbsp regular yeast add to 1 cup of warm water and allow to bloom to twice the size before mixing in with the additional water and oil
  • 1.5cups water
  • 1/8 or less cup of oil
  • 1tbsp salt
  • 2tbsp sugar

METHOD

  1. Mix well and put into baking pan
  2. Let rise for 1hr in the baking pan (covered)
  3. (Skip the second rise)
  4. I use an egg wash to brown
  5. Remove cover on baking pan
  6. Bake at 350 for 75 minutes
