Introduction

Ingredients

Instructions
Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and scrub the potatoes. Peel if desired. Cut into fries (about 1/4-inch thick).
Soak the fries in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch (for extra crispiness).
Drain and pat completely dry with a towel.
Cooking Methods
Baked Greek Fries (Healthier)
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss fries with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Spread in a single layer.
