Ingredients
1 ½ cups green olives (pitted, chopped)
1 can (15 oz) chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil (plus extra for drizzling)
2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
2 tbsp roasted red peppers (chopped)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
½ cup plain Greek yogurt (or tahini for a vegan option)
Instructions
