Grilled Chicken Bites with Creamy Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
For the Chicken Bites:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs), cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp dried oregano (or Italian seasoning)
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
- 1 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)
¼ cup chicken broth (or water)
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp lemon juice
½ tsp dried parsley (or fresh)
Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
Marinate the Chicken (Optional but recommended!)
In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Add the chicken bites, toss to coat, and let marinate for 30 minutes.
Grill the Chicken
Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat.
Brush with a little oil to prevent sticking.
Grill the chicken bites for 4-5 minutes per side, flipping once, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp: 165°F / 74°C).
Remove and set aside.
Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce
In a small pan, melt butter over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, then stir in Parmesan, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Serve & Enjoy!
Drizzle the creamy garlic sauce over the grilled chicken bites.
Garnish with extra parsley or Parmesan.
