For the Rolls:

  • 1 can refrigerated croissant dough (or puff pastry)
  • 8–10 slices deli ham
  • 8–10 slices cheese (Swiss, cheddar, or mozzarella)

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard or honey mustard
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)

For Topping:

  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp butter (melted)

  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven
    • Preheat to 190°C (375°F)
    • Line a baking tray with parchment paper
  2. Prepare Dough
    • Unroll croissant dough and separate into triangles
  3. Add Filling
    • Spread a thin layer of mustard (optional)
    • Place ham and cheese on each triangle
  4. Roll
    • Roll from the wide end to the tip to form croissants
  5. Brush & Season
    • Place on tray and brush with egg wash
    • Mix melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, and brush on top
