Hash brown Casserole with Sausage

Ingredients

  1. One pound of breakfast sausage, of your choosing
  2. One medium onion, chopped
  3. One 30-oz package of thawed frozen hash browns
  4. Two cups of cheddar cheese, shredded
  5. One cup of sour cream
  6. Four big eggs
  7. One cup of milk
  8. One teaspoon of garlic powder
  9. One teaspoon of salt
  10. Half a teaspoon of black pepper
  11. ½ teaspoon optional paprika
  12. One cup of shredded cheese (optional for topping)

Directions

  • Preheat Oven: Set the oven’s temperature to 350°F (175°C).
  • fry Sausage: Brown and thoroughly fry the sausage in a big skillet over medium heat. Cook the chopped onion until it becomes tender. Empty the extra grease.
