Hazelnut cream stuffed churros

INGREDIENTS:

200ml (1 cup) water
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
50g (3 tbsp) butter
120g (1 cup) flour
2 eggs
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
Sugar
Hazelnut cream

METHOD:

  1. In a pan add water, sugar, salt, and butter. Add in flour,
  2. mix well and when cool enough add in eggs and vanilla
  3. extract.
  4. Using a pastry bag make churros. Freeze for 30-40
  5. minutes.
  6. Fry in hot oil until golden brown, coat in sugar, and fill
  7. with hazelnut cream.
  8. Enjoy your Hazelnut cream stuffed churros.
