INGREDIENTS
• 4 salmon fillets
• 4 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
• 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
• 1/2 teaspoon of salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill
• Lemon slices to serve.
INSTRUCTIONS
In a shallow dish, combine the lemon juice, olive oil, soy sauce and chopped garlic. Place the salmon fillets in the dish and turn them over, making sure both sides are well coated.
Then sprinkle the fillets with salt, pepper and paprika.
Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees Celsius.
Spray some oil on the cooking surface of the air fryer and place the fillets in the air fryer. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, depending on their thickness. Remove from air fryer.
Sprinkle fresh dill over the salmon and serve immediately. Decorate with lemon slices if desired.
