Ingredients:

– 1/2 Cabbage, chopped
– 1-2 Carrots, grated
– 1 Red Pepper, diced
– 1 Onion, chopped
– Dill and Parsley (optional), chopped
– 200g Mushrooms, diced
– 1/2 tbsp Table Salt
– A pinch of Pepper
– 4 Eggs
– A pinch of Table Salt
– 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
– 2 tbsp Flour

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped cabbage, grated carrots, diced red pepper, chopped onion, dill, parsley, and diced mushrooms.
3. Season the mixture with 1/2 tbsp of table salt and a pinch of pepper. Mix well.
4. In another bowl, beat 4 eggs with a pinch of table salt.
5. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of flour to the egg mixture. Mix until well combined.
6. Combine the egg mixture with the vegetable mixture and mix thoroughly.
7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes at 180°C.
8. After this time, sprinkle 100g of mozzarella cheese on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
