Healthy Peach Mango Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/3 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger root
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 12 leaves of fresh mint (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. The method is simple; after you’ve prepared the mango and peach, combine all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour over ice and mint if you like, and serve!
