Taste the tropical delight of my Peach Mango Smoothie, a sunny blend of juicy peaches and ripe mangoes. It’s like a sip of summer any time of the year!
- 1 large pitted peach
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/3 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger root
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1–2 leaves of fresh mint (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- The method is simple; after you’ve prepared the mango and peach, combine all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour over ice and mint if you like, and serve!
