High Protein High Fiber Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1 scoop protein powder (unsweetened)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (unsweetened)
  • 1 cup almond or oat milk (unsweetened )

Instructions

  1. Prepare and measure the ingredients as listed.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender starting with the frozen fruit and milk. Blitz until smooth. For about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
