Ingredients
- One lemon,
- preferably organic Five bay leaves, either fresh or dried
- Half a cup of honey or maple syrup (to avoid adding sugar)

Directions
Get the lemon ready.

- Bring the syrup to a simmer. Put the lemon slices, water, and bay leaves in a small saucepan.
