- For chicken drumsticks: 6- 8 chicken drumsticks
- – 1/4 cup honey
- -3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- – 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- – Salt and pepper to taste
For pasta and veggies:

- – 2 cups al dente rotini pasta
- – 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- – 1 chopped red and green bell pepper
- – 1 sliced medium carrot
- – 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1-tsp Italian seasoning
- – Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
: To prepare the chicken, preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Apply the mixture generously to the drumsticks. On a lined baking sheet, place drumsticks.
