Ingredients:

For chicken drumsticks: 6- 8 chicken drumsticks

1/4 cup honey

3 tablespoons soy sauce

3 minced garlic cloves

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

For pasta and veggies:

Ingredients:

2 cups al dente rotini pasta

1 cup sliced mushrooms

1 chopped red and green bell pepper

1 sliced medium carrot

2 tablespoons olive oil

1-tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

 To prepare the chicken:

 preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

Apply the mixture generously to the drumsticks. On a lined baking sheet, place drumsticks.

Step 2:

Bake chicken for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway, until drumsticks are golden and cooked through.

3. Cook vegetables:

Heat olive oil in a big skillet over medium heat.

Add carrots, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Sauté till tender, 6-8 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
