Ingredients

Instructions
Start by pouring ½ cup of water into a small bowl. Sprinkle the gelatin evenly over the water and let it sit for 5 minutes. This process is called “blooming” and helps the gelatin dissolve smoothly later.
In a saucepan, combine the remaining ½ cup water, lemon juice, honey, turmeric, and ground ginger. Heat the mixture over low to medium heat, stirring gently until the honey fully dissolves. Do not boil, as high heat can reduce the nutritional benefits of honey and turmeric.
Once the mixture is warm, add the bloomed gelatin. Stir continuously for 2–3 minutes until the gelatin completely dissolves and the mixture becomes smooth with no lumps.
Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly for a minute or two. Carefully pour the liquid into silicone molds or a shallow dish lined with parchment paper. Silicone molds work best for easy removal and fun shapes.
Place the molds in the refrigerator and let the gummies set for at least 1–2 hours, or until firm.
Once fully set, remove the gummies from the molds. If using a dish, cut into small bite-sized squares.
Store the gummies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
