Hot Dog with Grilled Cheese in an Air Fryer
These Air Fryer Grilled Cheese Hot Dogs are a kid favorite, incredibly affordable, and simple to prepare in just five minutes.
Ingredients
- Two pieces of bread
- Two teaspoons of mayonnaise
- One piece of cheese
- One beef frank
DIRECTIONS
- To be honest, it’s a straightforward recipe. There isn’t much to know, but there are a few helpful hints.
All you have to do is grab a piece of bread and cover one side with a small amount of butter or mayonnaise. A piece of cheese will be placed on the opposite side. - After placing a hot dog on the cheese side, wrap the bread over it in a manner like to a hug.
- Attach both ends of the sandwich to the hotdogs with two toothpicks (sometimes three).
- Either set your air fryer to 375 degrees F if it doesn’t need to be preheated, or preheat it to 375 degrees F, depending on the brand and how it operates.
- With extreme caution to avoid crowding, carefully insert your Air Fryer Grilled Cheese Hot Dogs into your air fryer.
- I know our old air fryer may have only held two, but my model can hold roughly four without touching.
- Put it in the air fryer for three to four minutes. Add one minute at a time until they are finished if they aren’t finished in four.
- Take out and serve right away. Serve with mustard, ketchup, or any other type of dipping sauce.
