HOW TO MAKE SOFT BREAD ROLLS

INGREDIENTS:

150g (3/4 cup) semolina
500g (4 cups) flour
1 tsp sugar
340ml (1 1/2 cups) water
7g dry yeast
40g butter
1/2 tsp salt
50g melted butter
Sesame seeds

METHOD:

In a bowl mix together warm water with sugar and yeast.
Add in flour, semolina, butter and salt. Let the dough
rise for 2 hours.
Roll out the dough, make circles and fry them from both
sides until golden.
Spread with melted butter and sesame seeds.
