How to Prepare Beet Kvass, a Medicinal Tonic for Cleaning
A traditional fermented beverage, beet kvass has been hailed for its potent health advantages. After the kvass has fermented to your preferred consistency, drain the beets and pour the liquid into a sterile container.
The kvass will continue to develop flavor in the refrigerator, albeit more slowly. It may continue for as long as two weeks.
