Why Lemon and Ginger?
Clears the Lungs
Ginger helps break down mucus and supports healthy airflow in the lungs. It naturally opens the airways and soothes irritation caused by coughing or congestion.
Both ginger and lemon have natural anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties. They calm the throat, reduce tickling, and help the body recover faster from respiratory irritation.
Strengthens Immunity
Lemon is rich in vitamin C, a well-known immune booster, while ginger supports circulation and warms the body from within—making it harder for illness to take hold.
Fights Infections
Together, they create an environment in the body that’s less welcoming to viruses and bacteria. This makes them perfect for prevention and quick relief.
