IMPOSSIBLE COCONUT CUSTARD PIE
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Bisquick
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 cup milk
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 TBS. butter, softened
Getting ready
- Pour the mixture into a 9-inch pie pan that has been greased. Bake the custard for 25 to 30 minutes at 400 degrees until it sets. It layers into the crust, custard, and coconut topping like magic. Cool.
