Indulge in this super delicious and easy-to-make cake that I bake three times a week!
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 200g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 60g powdered sugar
- Mix these ingredients.
For the Crumble:
- 60g cold butter
- Crumble with your hands.
For the Dough:
- 3 egg yolks
- Knead the dough.
Assembly:
- Put 1/3 of the dough in the fridge.
- Distribute the rest in a 20 cm mold lined with baking paper.
For the Cream:
- 400g sour cream
- 200g yogurt
- 1/2 of the 150g sugar
- 30g starch
- Mix to eliminate lumps.
For the Meringue:
- Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt using a mixer.
- Gradually add the remaining sugar until you get a stable mass.
Combine:
- Carefully mix the meringue with the yogurt mixture.
Top it off:
- Spread the remaining dough on top of the cake by hand.
Baking:
- Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 40-50 minutes until golden brown.
Cooling:
- The cake will initially rise, but as it cools, it may settle, which is normal.
- Allow it to cool completely before enjoying!
