*Dough (20 cm diameter)*

– 250 grams flour
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 90 grams butter
– A pinch of salt
– 2 egg yolks
– 40 grams sugar

*Orange Layer*

– 2 oranges
– Zest of two oranges
– 30 grams cornstarch
– 100 grams sugar

*Cream Soufflé*

– 2 egg whites
– 90 grams sugar
– 1 tsp vanilla sugar
– 400 grams natural yogurt (or sour cream)
– 30 grams cornstarch


1. Preheat oven to 170°C (338°F).

2. Dough:

– In a bowl, combine flour and baking powder.
– Add softened butter, salt, egg yolks, and sugar. Mix until it forms a dough.
– Press the dough into a 20 cm diameter pie pan.

3. Orange Layer:

– Grate the zest of two oranges.
– Squeeze the juice from the oranges.
– In a saucepan, mix orange zest, juice, cornstarch, and sugar. Cook until it thickens.
– Spread the orange mixture over the dough.

4. Cream Soufflé:

– In a clean bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
– Gradually add sugar and vanilla sugar while continuing to beat.
– Gently fold in the yogurt (or sour cream) and cornstarch.

5. Pour the cream soufflé over the orange layer.

6. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-55 minutes, or until the top is golden and the pie is set.
