Ingredients
- 1 can buttermilk biscuits, found in the dairy department
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 6 tablespoon butter, melted, unsalted
- 6 tablespoons strawberry or raspberry jam, seedless
Instructions
- Layout the buttermilk biscuits.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray so they don’t stick.
- Place the biscuits into the air fryer basket.
- Air Fry for 5 to 7 minutes at 350 degrees F, air fryer setting.
- While the donuts are air frying, mix in a small bowl the sugar, and cinnamon.
- In another small bowl, place the butter and microwave until it’s melted.
- Fill your injector up with strawberry jelly. I mixed mine in a small bowl until it was loosened, as it was easier to fill the injector.
- As the donuts come out of the air fryer, roll them in the butter, then the cinnamon-sugar mixture
- Use the injector to fill with jelly.
- Plate, serve, and enjoy!
