Juice from Parsley that Cleanse the Kidneys

Components:

  1. One cup of packed fresh parsley leaves
  2. One cucumber, cut and peeled
  3. One cut and cored green apple
  4. One lemon, squeezed
  5. One tiny piece of peeled ginger, around one inch in size
  6. One cup of coconut water or water
  7. Adding a few mint leaves for added freshness is optional.

Directions:

  • Rinse the apple, cucumber, and parsley well.
  • Put the ginger, apple, cucumber, parsley, lemon juice, and water or coconut water in a blender.
  • Smoothly blend on high. Add more water if you want a thinner consistency.
  • To remove pulp (optional), strain the juice through cheesecloth or a fine mesh screen.
  • Pour into a glass, top with ice if you’d like, and start drinking right away!

  • Benefits: Parsley supports kidney health, enhances digestion, and lessens bloating. Lemon and ginger have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory qualities.
