JUICY KILLER CHICKEN THIGH MARINADE

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 chicken thighs
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken thighs in a ziplock bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
