Keto Garlic Flatbreads

Ingredients:

    • 1 cup almond flour
    • 2 large eggs
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
    • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil (optional)
  • Butter or olive oil for brushing (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions:

    1. Preheat the Oven:
      • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
      • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

      • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, salt, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, and optional dried herbs (oregano and basil).

      • Once baked, brush the flatbreads with melted butter or olive oil and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley for added flavor.
